Current technical requirements

The technical requirements for Sambi members are defined in Appendix 2 “Technical Requirements” of the Sambi membership agreement. All Sambi members that are connected to the Sambi SAML federation MUST comply with this profile.

Planned transition to WebSSO Technical Profile

Appendix 2 will, in a future revision, be replaced by the SAML WebSSO Technology Profile that is currently implemented in Skolfederation. The objective is to provide clearer requirements and improved interoperability.

There is currently no decided rollout plan for this change. Information about the transition will be communicated in Sambi meetings and through Sambi newsletters.
